How to start using your new signature
First, download the .HTM file using the button above. Then follow the instructions for your email application below.
Outlook Web
- Open the .HTM file in a browser
- Select all and copy the new signature
- Go to Office.com, open Outlook
- Click Settings → View All Outlook Settings → Compose and Reply
- Paste the signature in the Email Signature editor, then click Save
New Outlook (Windows)
- Open the .HTM file in a browser
- Select all and copy the new signature
- In New Outlook, click Settings (gear icon) → Accounts → Signatures
- Click + New signature, name it, then paste the copied content into the editor
- Set it as your default signature for new messages and/or replies, then click Save
Classic Outlook (Windows)
- Copy the downloaded file into:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures, and confirm the new signature appears and is set as default

Outlook (Mac)
- Open the file in a browser
- Select all and copy the new signature
- Go to Outlook Preferences → Signatures → Edit
- Paste the signature, then click Save
Mac OS Mail
- Go to Mail Preferences → Signatures → Add
- Fill in placeholder text and save
- Close the Mail app
- Locate the file at
~/Library/Mail/V9/MailData/Signatures/
- Get Info on the file and unlock it if locked
- Open the downloaded HTM file in a text editor, select all, and copy
- Open the Mail signature file in a text editor and paste below the header
- Lock the file again, then open Mail and choose the signature as default
iOS Mail
- Email yourself the signature (from Outlook or another method above)
- Open that email on your device and copy the signature
- Go to Settings → Mail → Signature and paste it
- If the fonts look broken, tap "Undo" on the keyboard to restore styling
